Baba gannouj, hummus, mint yoghurt, mixed pickles, shanklish, tabouli, lady fingers, sambousik, fries, char grilled skewers of garlic chicken and lamb.
Banquet B $45.00 Per Person
Baba gannouj, hummus, mint yoghurt, mixed pickles, shanklish, tabouli, fatoush salad, sambousik, lady fingers, potato coriander, lebanese sausages, char grilled skewers of garlic chicken and lamb.
Banquet Sahra $49.50 Per Person
Baba gannouj, hummus, labneh, mixed pickles, shanklish, tabouli, fatoush salad, potato coriander, stuffed vine leaves, kebbe nayeh, lady fingers, lebanese sausages, grilled octopus, and skewers of garlic chicken and lamb on arabian style (mansaaf) rice.
Set Menu 1 $48.00 Per Person
Starters – Assorted tapas – Hummus, baba gannouj, garlic yoghurt, tabouli, greek salad, grilled haloumi cheese served with roma tomato’s and olive oil
Main – Mixed grill platters – Chicken and lamb skewers, falafel, spinach and fetta fingers served with fries.
Dessert – Assorted baklava pastries filled with pistachio, morrocan tea or lebanese coffee.
Set Menu 2 $55.00 Per Person
Starters – Assorted tapas – Hummus, baba gannouj, mint yoghurt, tabouli and greek salad, grilled haloumi cheese served with roma tomato’s and olive oil, warm potato corriander salad, and grilled marinated calamari.
Main – Mixed grill platters – King prawns, grilled octopus, chicken and lamb skewers.
Dessert – Lebanese sweet pastry – filled with fig and almond jam sprinkled with pistachio and lebanese coffee or morrocan tea.
Set Menu 3 $65.00 Per Person
Starters – Assorted tapas – Hummus, baba gannouj, mint yoghurt, tabouli, grilled haloumi cheese served with roma tomato’s and olive oil, white bait – pan fried with lemon and garlic.
Main – Mixed grill platters – Chicken, lamb, barramudi fillets, king prawns, baby octopus, crumbed calamari with a mango avocado salsa.
Dessert – Lebanese sweet pastry – Layers of crumbed semolina and melted mozzarella cheese drizzled with rose sugar syrup and strawberries, morrocan tea or lebanese coffee.
